Dr. Downs completed her medical school training in Tulsa at Oklahoma State University and subsequent residency in Otolaryngology.
She then completed a fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology in Charleston, NC. During her fellowship, she received specialized training in the care of unique pediatric conditions including cleft lip and palate repair.
